Verizon and a complete waste of time and paper
I went out for a walk today and came back to find the Yellow pages sitting on the apartment porch.
Who uses the Yellow Pages?!
Seriously. I don’t remember when the last time I had to look up a phone number in a phone book was - people or businesses.
I think I’ve gotten to the stage where if I can’t find a business online or via Google-411 I really don’t want to do business with them.
I didn’t ask for these three hulking masses of useless. I don’t even have Verizon service! (in fact there’s nothing associated with Verizon in this apartment at all). There’s no way to opt out of getting them and there’s nothing I can do with them now other than throw them out because Munhall doesn’t recycle paper (which in itself is irksome).
C’mon Verizon! I’m trying to go Green here!
Suggestions? Does anyone want the phone books?

Those books you don’t used were actually referenced nearly 14 billion times last year. You don’t use a book? Never? Why not? 87% said they used it at least once last year.
Munhall doesn’t recycle paper?? Suggest you go visit your local government then. Recycled paper is a huge money maker for local governments.
