I finally made a Bacn folder!

For someone who was there at the inception of the term (and first blogged about it) I haven’t been very good at controlling my bacn.
Normally, when any bacn arrives in my inbox I delete it or just let it sit there and fill up my inbox (yes, I should go through it again).
I’m rather proud of myself though, set up a bacn folder in my Gmail and an filtering lots of what I consider bacn to go into there and skip my inbox.
This is helpful to my iPhone too – the number of messages I’m popping up on my iPhone has decreased because it notifies me when something arrives in the inbox and the bacn filter is in place before that happens. I’m starting to see more of the important mail and less of the bacn.
Shame on me for taking so long.
