They are instead taking on Consulting Careers on Sites like <a href="http://Mavenlink.com" rel="nofollow">Mavenlink.com</a>. This is a healthy transition from the old school work philosophy, to a new more dynamic paradigm, where the individual comes first before the organization. There are many other freelance sites out there. So Many Qualified Professionals are loosing their jobs today, and many of them are opting to not go back to the 9-5 cubicle life. They are instead taking on Consulting Careers on Sites like Mavenlink.com. We're 100% open to you and the folks reading this blog (and this comment!) providing us feedback/requests/etc that you'd like to see.<br><br>You nailed it when you said that we're trying to really focus on very skilled mavens who can do great work remotely, but not necessarily for $12/hr.
