Choose which Gmail message to use offline
Google gives it’s Gmail users a really huge amount of inbox space to keep their email messages in.
While I’m sure not a lot of us are using all of it, if you sync your whole inbox to your computer it can take up quite some space.
Google has now given Gmail users a few syncing options. You can select which labels and which messages under those labels to sync.
