Reports are that WalMart will soon be offering its customers a $298 PC. 
There isn’t a lot of information out there about it yet but one thing we do know is that it will be a Windows PC loaded with OpenOffice.
OpenOffice is a free Office Application suite that closely resembles Microsoft Office.
If you don’t have (or can’t afford) Microsoft Office we highly recommend you checking out OpenOffice.
