Why boom boxes are still cooler than iPods

This is why Boom Boxes are cooler than Apple iPods (and yes, iPhones too).

You really would look like a total fool if you did this with your iPod, mostly because you’d have to have the iPod in one hand and the headphones in the other.

Also, walking down the street with an iPod on your shoulder wouldn’t really work.

However, could you imagine an old-school boombox that you can put your iPod into?

Some of the best 80’s movies moments include the good old boom box. I can’t think of any that are pivotal on an iPod…. yet.
