Believe it or not there are still companies out there who only accept one form of payment and only in a certain way. For example, there are still restaurants who only accept cash, I know of vendors who only accept checks and there are other services that don’t accept credit or debit cards.
It doesn’t make much sense to me – as methods of payment change so should forms of payment acceptance.
It’s rare for me to carry cash and I really couldn’t tell you where my personal check book is right now.
I love it when companies offer options on options to make payment, it makes it seems that they actually want your business 🙂
Boost Mobile is a great example. To add funds to your account you can stop into an easy to locate payment location, pay online, pay by phone or arrange automatic recurring payments. They let you “Re-Boost” your account.
I guess it makes sense though. With as Social and cutting edge as Boost Mobile is, I’d expect them to be out there and being friendly to their customers.
Do you know about Boost Mobile? They’re a rather good mobile phone carrier that offers service on a number of different phones at a really great rate. Lots of their stuff is unlimited too, which is nice.
For example, on your Blackberry Curve for about $60 per month you have unlimited nationwide texting and calling, unlimited connectivity to Social Networks like Facebook, keeping you in touch with everyone, everywhere, every..how.
They’re well worth a look if you’re looking for something sweet and simple with easy activation and a number of optional extras.
