Matrix Solutions, a provider of CRM and Sales Management Software, has announced an organizational realignment to continue executing their 2012 strategic direction. This undertaking will improve performance, create new opportunities, and better assist their customers in achieving business success. As part of their 2012 strategic direction, Matrix is focused on reorganizing their Sales and Client Services Departments to not only match the needs of the company and their customers now, but into the future.
Over the past twelve months, Matrix has demonstrated a steadfast focus on developing and deploying their new web-based Matrix CRM and Sales Management Software System and its mobile version to over 3000 users this year alone. In an effort to build upon the momentum, they have hired George Sens as their new Director of Sales to lead the Sales team in driving Matrix Solutions’ vision forward; which includes continued penetration in the broadcast media industry as well as expanding into adjacent media markets.
George brings to Matrix an outstanding background in sales, sales management, and product and service innovation; specifically CRM and business ownership. George has a strong track record of revenue, margin and market share growth and customer satisfaction, along with success in developing and working with channel and strategic business partners.

Ancillary to the Sales Department, the established Client Services Department will focus on delivering continued customer support as well as improving tools and services that positively impact their customer’s business success. Matrix is actively hiring and expanding this department, which will include a combination of Support, Project, and Success Managers.
