That’s a headline I didn’t imagine writing today – or any time soon.
It’s an interesting concept. Grab a hold of a dumb-bell type stuck which sucks air in at the bottom and fans it out at the top – canopy style.
In theory the air canopy acts like an umbrella and stops you getting wet.
In theory
it might seem like a nice idea, however, whether it works or not is a different matter.
You’d essentially be carrying a vacuum cleaner in your hand. I can’t imagine an “air canopy” dispelling much more than a few drops at a time.
The shape and angle of said canopy may be an issue too.
Either way – it is an inspiring and interesting concept and is certainly something to build upon.
