In addition to having an excellent track record in leading product architecture and engineering, he is also a business visionary who will help us develop the best roadmap for our solution offerings,” said Rich Wilson, president and chief operating officer of CombineNet.
Stated Steve Brooke: “I am truly proud and excited to be a part of a company that has demonstrated such remarkable advancement in its product strategy and customer growth in such a short period of time. I look forward to working with this dedicated leadership team and talented technical organization that is focused on success.”
Mr. Brooke most recently worked as chief information officer and chief technology officer of Whoop, Inc., a SaaS-based mobile application publishing platform, for which he was named a Georgia CIO of the Year finalist in 2009. Prior to Procuri, he was vice president of engineering and technology and Multi-Media Data Systems, a producer of healthcare management software products that was acquired by The Potomac Group in 1999, and chief information officer of Georgia Health Plus, Inc./Centrex, a managed care company. He has a collective 30 years of technology product leadership experience, and holds a B.S.C.S. from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
