Earlier this year, the Pittsburgh Technology Council announced the renaming of your member insurance program to better reflect its broader scope of products and services. Building on the success of its expanded employee benefit offerings, the PTC Corporate Coverage Group now also provides a full suite of property and casualty (P&C) products and services for member companies of all sizes and stages, to protect your operations wherever they are located.
After a thorough review of our members’ coverage needs and an extensive interview process with numerous underwriters, the Council selected The Hartford as our partner in delivering this preferred P&C program to you. With their strong service reputation, technology-based and life sciences insurance exposures and data-driven reporting structures, the Council believes The Hartford delivers the best overall business value and the right mix of corporate coverage products, including:

For members considering new lines of coverage, contact our insurance team at any time. For members considering a change from an existing policy, the ideal time to initiate a review and comparison is about 60 days in advance of your current policy’s expiration date. If you are under the 60 day window, the Council will make every attempt to provide you with a quotation.
To make the process of attaining a quote as easy as possible, the Council created a brief form for members with annual revenues less than $10,000,000 and property values under $10,000,000 to complete on-line. Upon submission, a member of The Hartford service account team will contact you to discuss your needs in more detail so they can provide you with a quote. Click here to access the form.
