eBay has launched its own online classifieds (Craigslist-esque) site; Kijiji.
Kijiji does seem to have a prettier interface and hopefully they can eliminate some of the spam that plagues Craigslist.
Of course Kijiji has something of an eBay feel to it which, isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
Currently there are less than 40 classifieds for my region but I think that given the right promotion and eBays ability to keep the service ‘free’ this could turn into something of a classifieds war.
